2. Definitions

For the purposes of this document:

Service means the TaskCamp cloud-based platform, including its web interface, mobile interfaces, backend infrastructure, software components, and related functionality.

User means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.

Account means a registered user account created to access the Service.

Company means a workspace or organization created within the Service for collaborative use by one or more Users.

Subscription means paid access to the Service or to certain features of the Service for a selected billing period.

Trial Period means any free trial access to the Service offered at TaskCamp's discretion.

Seat means one active User account within a Company, where pricing is based on a per-user or per-seat model.

Additional Resources means paid resources or limits purchased in addition to a Subscription, including but not limited to AI usage, storage, or other digital features or quotas.

Dashboard means the part of the Service where Users or Companies manage subscriptions, billing settings, seats, and related configuration.

Auto-Renewal means the automatic renewal of a Subscription for a new billing period by charging the User's selected payment method.

3. Scope of the Service

3.1.

TaskCamp provides Users with access to the Service in accordance with this document.

3.2.

The functionality available to a User depends on the selected plan, the number of Seats, the existence of a Trial Period, and any purchased Additional Resources.

3.3.

TaskCamp may modify, update, improve, add to, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, provided that the general nature and purpose of the Service are maintained.

4. Registration and Accounts

4.1.

To use the Service, a User must create an Account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4.2.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, verification codes, and any other access credentials associated with the Account, and for all activity carried out through the Account.

4.3.

The User must promptly notify TaskCamp if the User becomes aware of any unauthorized access to the Account or any suspected security breach.

4.4.

By using the Service, the User confirms that the User is at least 18 years old or otherwise has the legal capacity required under applicable law to use the Service and enter into binding agreements.

5. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payment

5.1.

Pricing, available Subscription plans, billing periods, limits, and the cost of Additional Resources are published on the Service website and/or in the Dashboard.

5.2.

The Service may use a per-seat pricing model. Subscription fees may depend on the number of active Seats, the selected billing period, enabled paid features, and purchased Additional Resources.

5.3.

TaskCamp may offer a Trial Period at its sole discretion. The duration, scope, and limitations of any Trial Period may vary by user, region, plan, or promotional offer.

5.4.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Payments may be made by bank card or by any other payment methods made available through the Service.

5.5.

Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers selected by TaskCamp. By submitting payment information, the User authorizes TaskCamp and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees.

5.6.

If the User selects an auto-renewing Subscription, the Subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods unless Auto-Renewal is disabled before the next billing date.

5.7.

By purchasing a Subscription with Auto-Renewal enabled and/or by selecting the relevant checkbox or billing setting in the payment interface or Dashboard, the User agrees that the Subscription will renew automatically and that the applicable fees may be charged without additional approval for each renewal.

5.8.

The User may disable Auto-Renewal at any time through the Dashboard before the next billing date. Disabling Auto-Renewal will stop future recurring charges but will not result in a refund for the current paid period.

5.9.

TaskCamp may, but is not obligated to, send renewal reminders or billing notices by email, in-product notification, push notification, messenger, or other available communication channels.

5.10.

The number of Seats may be increased at any time. Additional Seat charges may be prorated for the remainder of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in the applicable pricing interface. If Seats are reduced, the reduction will normally take effect at the start of the next billing period unless otherwise stated in the Service interface.

5.11.

Users may purchase Additional Resources separately from the base Subscription. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Additional Resources are made available once payment is completed, are tied to the relevant Account or Company, are non-refundable once access to them has been granted or they have been activated or partially used, and remain available for the period specified in the relevant pricing, plan description, or Dashboard.

6. Refunds

6.1.

A Subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period. If Auto-Renewal is disabled or the Subscription is cancelled, access to the Service continues until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise stated in the Service interface.

6.2.

As a general rule, fees paid for a Subscription are non-refundable for any unused portion of the billing period, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in this document.

6.3.

If the Service is materially unavailable due to TaskCamp's fault for more than 72 continuous hours, the User may request a proportional refund or an equivalent service extension.

6.4.

Fees paid for Additional Resources are non-refundable once such resources have been activated, credited, made available, or partially used, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.5.

Refund requests must be submitted to: hello@taskcamp.app. TaskCamp may request reasonable information necessary to identify the payment and assess the refund request.

6.6.

Refunds, where applicable, will generally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by the payment provider, bank, or applicable law.

7. Failed Charges and Access Restrictions

7.1.

If a recurring payment fails, TaskCamp may make additional attempts to collect the payment during a grace period determined at TaskCamp's discretion.

7.2.

During any grace period, TaskCamp may maintain full or partial access to the Service.

7.3.

If payment is not successfully completed, TaskCamp may restrict the ability to create or edit content, place the Account or Company into read-only mode, suspend access to the Service in whole or in part, or remove or stop storing data in accordance with this document and internal retention policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaskCamp's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the relevant User during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaskCamp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1.

The User may stop using the Service at any time.

11.2.

TaskCamp may suspend or terminate access to the Service if the User breaches this document, payment is not made, fraud or abuse is suspected, security is at risk, suspension or termination is required by law, or TaskCamp discontinues the Service or a part of it in a relevant region or for a relevant category of users.

11.3.

Where reasonably possible, TaskCamp may provide prior notice. In urgent cases, access may be restricted immediately without prior notice.

The User is responsible for keeping contact information accurate and up to date.
